Super Green Matcha Vegan CBD Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk Substitute of your choice
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- ½ cup dairy free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Matcha
- Half an Avocado
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 scoop of collagen powder
- 1-2 pitted medjool dates
- Ice cubes
- *Optional: if you want to add more CBD to your smoothie, add 1-2 drops of Dragon's Lair!

1. In a small bowl whisk your matcha and set aside.
2. finely chop up dates (the finer they are, the easier they will blend in the smoothie)
3. In your blender, add in all your ingredients and blend!

- 1 scoop of collagen powder (I use Vital Proteins)
- 1-2 pitted medjool dates
- *optional: if you want to add more CBD to your smoothie, add 1-2 drops of Dragons Lair CBD Tincture!
- Ice cubes
- In a small bowl whisk your matcha and set aside.
- Finely chop up dates (the finer they are, the easier they will blend in the smoothie)
- In your blender, add in all your ingredients and blend!
