I have always loved golden milk and this one has become my favorite! The herbs and spices combined with CBD have amazing health benefits. I typically drink a cup before bed. It helps me sleep better and relieves some of the tension and soreness in my body. The flavor is similar to chai, very warm and comforting. 🙂
