This is one of my favorite! I work in an environment where stress is inevitable so it was important for me to find a release that was sustainable and healthy for my body and mind. I take 2 of these in the morning and if needed, another 2 in the afternoon and I just love how these have the calming feeling that cbd is known for but also gives you a little boost that doesn’t make you feel jittery. This is officially on my daily supplement rotation now!

I received the 21 capsule bottle in a Yogi Surprise box, and have been surprisingly happy with the results. I already take Rhodiola with my coffee each morning (a discovery a few years ago as my personal cure for depression). These capsules are a "supercharge" on top of the clarity I was already feeling. This really does have "real" pumpkin flavor which is rare. Usually, pumpkin products are mixed with those spices typically associated with fall. This tea is different. The pumpkin stands on its own and is flavorful. This has a different spice flavor that isn't overpowering. BA chose the right spices to compliment this without ruining the "real" pumpkin flavor. In addition (to quote Sarah B.), "it has a rich and nutty" flavor. Wish I had bought the 3-pack instead of the one.
