I bought this awhile ago and honestly, I can't really tell a difference. But I will also admit that I have not been a consistent user. My main concern is, will it show up on a drug screen? I know that it is CBD and not THC, but my employer uses tests that may not make the distinction and there is no absolute guarantee of no THC in the product. I am mainly writing this review to enter the contest. My wife might be helped by the pain and sleep aid products and doesn't have concerns about drug testing with her employer

Very good product, however this has the opposite effect on me. I believe it’s the valerian. It did help my anxiety so even though I didn’t use it as a sleep aid I was able to use it for anxiety.
