I really enjoyed the refreshing and cool mint taste of this tea. Not only did it taste good, I didn't get any jitters since there was no caffeine. My usual stomach upset that hits after meals was quickly resolved after a cup of this tea. Thank you Brothers Apothecary for this magical elixir.

Although this doesn’t help me sleep it does help me relax. I’ve found that valerian has almost the opposite effect so it’s not for me. It does work well for my son.
