Very nice tea to help soothe and relax yourself with. Tastes hints of spearmint and orange mostly. Takes about 30-60 minutes to kick in for you to feel effects and help sleep.
I bought these CBD capsules because I use many of the others and I needed to try something to help my aging brain. The combination of the herbs n these is great. I use CBD every day. And these will help keep my brain strong.
This CBD sleep aid is awesome as are all of the capsules. When your having a tough time sleeping just use one of these and off to dream land in no time.

Not what I was expecting! The description on the website lists cardamom, but the labels on my tea do not include cardamom. I LOVE cardamom in my chai, so this was a bit frustrating. Once I got over that, and gave the tea a try without expectations, I've found it to be delightful. Soothing, a bit earthy, enjoyable with or without a splash of milk and spritz of sugar.
