CBD For Dogs

CBD offers a wide range of benefits, and not just for humans! Your canine companions can also enjoy a variety of potential health benefits from hemp and CBD, including alleviated anxiety, soothed chronic pain, improved digestive health and more! CBD is effective for dogs and cats as well as humans because we all share an endocannabinoid system. Our body’s endocannabinoid system is in charge of regulating sleep patterns, appetite and general mood. Our bodies already produce cannabinoids in its regulation of emotion and sleep – ingesting CBD can trigger the release of more. Because this system exists in both humans and our pets, we see similar effects and benefits in all parties. It’s true that animals metabolize CBD and other cannabinoids slightly differently than humans. To read more about the science and safety of dosing your pets with cbd, check out our blog!*

CBD Dog Treats

CBD on its own isn’t the most appealing for dogs. Luckily, you can easily incorporate CBD into a variety of tasty treats that your pup is sure to love. They’ll be too busy begging for more to even taste the hemp-derived CBD! In the name of science, we tested each of these recipes on our shop dog, Murphy. She gave each recipe an enthusiastic Two Paws Up. Read on for some easy CBD treat recipes your dog will do backflips for.*
