I’ve dealt with clinical depression for years- have tried many different Medications with very little success. I decided to give these a shot and have been extremely happy with the results. I drink this tea at bedtime to help relax and drift off -- more than once I have fallen asleep before I could finish the cup! It really sets me up for a good night's sleep. I love hibiscus and this tea has such a lovely taste -- better than other brands I have tried. About to order a 20-pack because that's how good it is!
