Pain Balm is my new best friend. It's very effective for my arthritic pain. And it works fast. It has a very nice scent. Application is easy and feels like silk going on. I apply to both shoulders after showering at bedtime and no more tossing and turning. For me, it has been a great product.

I just wish this didn't contain ashwagandha, as it is hurting many people. Look up "ashwagandha syndrome." A lot of people have gotten badly hurt from taking it, especially when the recommended dosage or amount available in the product is not clear. I really hope you remove it from your products completely.
