I really enjoy the taste of this protein powder. I mix it into my smoothies. My only issue with it is the sodium level ( 430 mg. per serving). This is pretty excessive for a protein powder and not very healthy.

Much too spicy for me. For those who do like spiciness, this will work, but the kick was so strong as to overpower the chocolate and make it undetectable. Others likely feel differently, but this was not for me.
