These have saved my sanity so many times. I bring them to my kids basketball games and it really helps me focus on the game instead of the worry of someone getting hurt. These are excellent for stress and mood. I was close to medication, but these do the job. I have referred SEVERAL of the other parents and they help them as well.

I’ve tried a good bit of apothecary supplements and if I had to pick a favorite, it’s the Sleep Aid. It’s allowed me to slowly ween myself off of prescription medications and is a staple in my sleep supplements. 5/5 isn’t enough as your products are changing the lives of people in a very positive and healthy way! You’re also helping remove the stigma associated with natural remedies which is just awesome!

This is amazing, it's smooth and comforting like hot chocolate (with a hint of spice). This helped me turn my mind off so I could get a solid night's sleep - and I have a 2yr old so solid sleep is rather difficult to come by!
