I've always used Arnica for pain. There are many ways to prepare the herb. I find Thebrothersapothecary's Roll-on Arnica, x-strength is Awesome. Not sticky or heavy, it simply works. Hands, wrist, even forearms (holding a book, tablet or phone) regularly or consistently,
causes some tension in these areas. You choose when to use this product but it Works.

I purchased this in store, I've had other teas from there which were tasty and potent. This however was very bitter and grainy, even after whisking for a long time. I had a scowl from the taste for at least 10 minutes after drinking. Won't be getting this one again

Getting adequate sleep is so important. At 73 years of age, it is perhaps even more important than ever since I have the care of my 80-year-old husband. For years, since perimenopause in the 1990's, I had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep for more than two or three hours. I'd usually pop awake at 3 a.m., which is fine if you have magic to work. Melatonin didn't phase my insomnia, nor did any other herbal remedy.
With this formula I find dependable help in both getting to sleep and staying there for five hours at a time, sometimes longer. I awake alert with no brain fog. The herbal formula results in a funky scent to the bottle of capsules, but be assured this is normal. They are fresh and ready to do their job for you.

I love this cream! So smooth and moisturizing, it calms my skin and goes well under makeup.
