I have been taking these for about two weeks now and they really helped me reset my sleep schedule and calm down enough to finally start getting a good nights rest. Often wake up with more energy and less aches than prior to taking them. The typical little bit of grogginess is there but it is easily overcome by moving around.

I love this tea! I usually use their capsules for sleep aid capsules, but I keep a box of this stuff for when I really want rest. It tastes great, but more importantly it hits like a TRUCK. I'd recommend having it an hour or two before bed, and dont plan on going anywhere or doing anything after. The longer you try and stay up, the harder you end up yawning, and when you finally sleep you sleep HARD. Best of all, no grogginess the next day. Definitely a repeat order for me.

This is the one of my Favorites!! Everything is always amazing, so it’s hard to choose! The chai flavor is amazing and it really really helps with occasional pain! I add coconut milk to mine (delicious) Anything you get will not disappoint ♥️🫰🏽🤙🏽♥️
