It is good as an iced tea. The hempy taste is fairly strong, but I like that sort of taste myself. I was able to get two cups of tea out of it, and the third cup with this tea bag still had a little flavor left, although weaker than the first two cups.

I have been taking these for about two weeks now and they really helped me reset my sleep schedule and calm down enough to finally start getting a good nights rest. Often wake up with more energy and less aches than prior to taking them. The typical little bit of grogginess is there but it is easily overcome by moving around.
