What Can CBD Do For You?

People have been using CBD for hundreds of years to promote better sleep, soothe stress and anxiety, calm chronic pain and reduce inflammation. CBD is a compound naturally found in the cannabis plant. The non-psychoactive cousin to THC, CBD can’t get you high. Instead, when ingested, CBD gets to work on your body’s endocannabinoid system. Our body’s endocannabinoid system is in charge of regulating sleep patterns, appetite and general mood. Our bodies already produce cannabinoids in its regulation of emotion and sleep – ingesting CBD can trigger the release of more.*

CBD & Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a unique fatty-acid rich superfood that supports brain function, may speed up fat loss and can even support a healthy heart! Coconut oil also helps you feel fuller longer, cutting out the need for midday snacks. Aside from its numerous health benefits, coconut oil is also the perfect conveyor belt for CBD! Coconut oil is a helpful fat for boosting the body’s absorption of CBD. Our Brothers CBD Coconut Oil Sticks are formulated with organic coconut oil and an estimated 10-13 mg of CBD per stick, and perfectly balanced for maximum absorption.*

Baking With CBD

A quick note: when cooking or baking with with CBD, make sure to keep the temperature below 350F (180C). Hotter temperatures can “cook out” or evaporate the CBD, which means that you’ll lose the wonderful health benefits.*
