Immunity Boosting CBD Elderberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2-4 Tbsp organic elderberry syrup
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 Tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ground)
  • 1 Tbsp peeled and chopped turmeric root (or 1 teaspoon ground)
  • 2 Tsp orange zest
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk

Instructions:

Blend spinach and coconut milk until smooth.

Next, add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
