So, what is a matcha latte?

You’ve probably seen these creamy moss-green concoctions taking over your Instagram feed. Matcha – or powdered Japanese green tea – has been a delicacy for tea lovers for hundreds of years. The matcha latte combines the earthy, nutty taste of traditional Japanese matcha with the foamy comforting froth of steamed milk. Its a less-caffeinated alternative to a cafe latte, with a surprisingly rich, deep flavor (plus a boost of antioxidants).*

Health Benefits of Matcha

Matcha has been prized as a delicious and healthful drink for thousands of years. Packed with powerful antioxidants to detoxify the body naturally and promote healing, matcha boosts the metabolism and burns calories. Its also rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins such as Vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. Matcha has been shown to support healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and to boost mood and aid in concentration. Are you a dedicated coffee addict? Much of matcha’s popularity is due to its ability to wake you up without causing jitters. Matcha’s natural caffeine, vitamins and antioxidants work to keep you focused and alert, without the caffeine crash of coffee. Some research even shows that matcha helps enhance brain function and helps prevent cancer.* With its smooth taste, numerous health benefits and soothing green color, is it any wonder matcha is the star ingredient du jour?

Why add CBD?

Naturally calming and mood-elevating, CBD has been used for hundreds of years to soothe anxiety, ease chronic pain and provide a state of alertness (without the jitters of caffeine). While many use CBD in higher doses as a non-pharmaceutical sleep aid, in lower doses CBD actually produces an alert, focused feeling without excessive caffeine. Brothers Wild Rosin CBD Honey is made with 100% hemp derived CBD and local wildflower honey for a delicious, smooth taste.*

Health Benefits of Raw Honey

In addition to tasting great, raw honey is an amazing source of antioxidants and has natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Honey actually naturally contains the powerful antiseptic agent hydrogen peroxide. This makes it an effective healing agent for both internal and external injuries and ailments! Raw honey is also chock full of plant-derived phytonutrients, which contain their own antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Honey can help soothe a sore throat and quiet a noisy cough. This makes raw honey a perfect pick for cold and fly season. Finally, honey can also soothe digestive issues from ulcers to upset tummies.*
