• Wild dagga (Leonotis leonurus), also called lion’s tail, is a broadleaf plant in the mint family native to South Africa with a long history of traditional use. It is enjoyed for a gentle, calming lift and rounds out the other herbs in the blend.
• Wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa) is native to North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Its bright green leaves secrete a milky substance when scratched. It has long been enjoyed for a sense of calm and restfulness, adding to Center’s harmonious, grounding character.
