Quick and Easy CBD Honey Granola
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups of Rolled Oats
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Cup of Sliced Almonds (or other nuts)
- 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon
- ⅓ cup Coconut Oil
- ⅓ cup wild rosin honey
- ⅓ cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
• 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees, line 2 pans with parchment paper
• 2. Combine all dry ingredients - oats, nuts, salt, cinnamon and flax - in large bowl and set aside
• 3. In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients - oil, honey, and vanilla
• 4. Mix wet ingredients into dry, you can use your hands to mix if you want, nut make sure your hands are clean!
• 5. Spread mixture onto prepared pans
• 6. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and stir. Bake for an additional 10 minutes and stir, and bake for a final 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
• 7. Remove from Oven and allow it to completely cool. When it’s finally cooled, transfer into an airtight container for storage.
