Quick and Easy CBD Honey Granola

Ingredients:
  • 4 Cups of Rolled Oats
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Sliced Almonds (or other nuts)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup Coconut Oil
  • ⅓ cup wild rosin honey
  • ⅓ cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

• 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees, line 2 pans with parchment paper 
• 2. Combine all dry ingredients - oats, nuts, salt, cinnamon and flax -  in large bowl and set aside 
• 3. In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients - oil, honey, and vanilla 
• 4. Mix wet ingredients into dry, you can use your hands to mix if you want, nut make sure your hands are clean! 
• 5. Spread mixture onto prepared pans 
• 6. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and stir. Bake for an additional 10 minutes and stir, and bake for a final 10 minutes or until slightly golden. 
• 7. Remove from Oven and allow it to completely cool. When it’s finally cooled, transfer into an airtight container for storage. 

Quick and Easy CBD Granola

What happens when we switch it up and make a CBD granola?

First things first: you won’t be sleepy.

CBD doesn’t always mean sleep. Instead, CBD helps support a healthy harmonization of body and mind — that means whether your trying to doze off or focus on a work task, CBD supports you.

How to make CBD Granola

This is a basic recipe for a very simple granola, but you can feel free to jazz it up with different nuts, seeds, or even dried fruits. This recipe acts as a base for whatever you would like to create.

CBD Granola Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup Coconut Oil
