Brothers Golden Bliss CBD Golden Milk Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 1-14oz can Full Fat Coconut Milk, well shaken
- 1/3 cup Nut Milk (we like a coconut-almond milk blend)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Brothers Wild Rosin Honey
- 2 tsp Brothers CBD Golden Milk Latte mix
- 4 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently until all ingredients are incorporated and mixture is smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 6 popsicles.
What Is Golden Milk?

So what is it exactly? Golden Milk, also known as Moon Milk, is a glass of warm milk enhanced with herbs and coconut oil. Many Golden Milk recipes feature powerful herbs like anti-inflammatory turmeric, immune-boosting cinnamon and cardamon, nutmeg and calming black pepper.
For our recipe, we added CBD. Yep, we did that.
Superfood Ingredients
Our CBD Golden Milk Latte is a modern twist on an ancient holistic drink.
The drink combines milk and spices such as turmeric, ginger and black pepper. Turmeric has been used for thousands of years as both a spice and a medicinal herb for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, is such a powerful anti-inflammatory that it some studies say it may be able to match the effectiveness of some over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs.
Ginger is one of the healthiest spices on the planet. Loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain, ginger may relieve upset stomaches (particularly morning sickness) and occassional indigestion. Last but not least, ginger is also a powerful source of antioxidants.
